We can't: Diagnose without seeing it.  Could be from. A bite, rash, fungus and many others.  See podiatrist or dematologist.

tiny 1-2mm itchy red bumps have spread across my entire body since this morning and i would love to know if there is anything i can do to treat this. i haven't introduced anything new and been working from home all day, so can't pinpoint the source of this reaction. i've never experienced anything like this before. 
i have had bug bites on my ankles that are about 2 weeks old and were going away, but today have hardened and have clear puss. not sure if it's correlated.

Bug bites again?: The description of hard little nodules with clear puss do not suggest an allergic reaction since most allergies are hives (urticaria) or a localized contact dermatitis (like poison ivy). The description makes me think about chigger bites or other insect bites. This tend to happened if you have been outdoors or with pets. Treat with vigorous washing, 1% hydrocortisone creams and Benadryl

: Bat bites typically appear as two small puncture wounds, approximately one centimeter apart depending on the specie of bat. Incubation period of rabies can be weeks to months but local paresthesia (the leg in your case) is not one of the early symptoms. Furthermore, your last vaccination was 7 years ago so you are still somewhat protected if you truly got a bite with a sick bat.

OK,...: Tough to know what this exactly without an exam.  Sounds like a progression of the healing process, and hopefully you will not acquire scars form the bites moving forward.  Try no to itch them or pick at them as that wold increase risk of infection and scarring.  See Dr. if you feel they are not improving.

Seeking medical : Attention is never bad or wrong, afterall, you do have a problem. Alternatively, l if you feel comfortable using a sterile instrument you can pop the blister allow it to drain and place some antibiotic ointment to the site and bandage it. Change daily and monitor the wound and yourself for any fever or signs of redness or swelling by the bites.

there are little red itchy bumps on my arms and left leg that look like insect bites but appear out of no where and burn under warm water. any ideas?

Accepted Answer

Possible: Some people can get a "heat rash" that worsens when the skin is hot and usually gets better when cooled. However, to really be certain you should have this problem examined.
