: It seems you have an acute allergic reaction but I am not sure the allergen is from the old woman's hand but it can't be ruled out entirely. If needed, you can take anti-allergic medication such as allegra (less sedative effect) or benadryl, OTC allergic meds, for those symptoms. It could be a coincidence then you should see a dermatologist if those skin findings last more than 3 days. Good luck.

Tinea versicolor: This sounds like a fungal growth called tinea versicolor. See your derm doc and get a correct opinion. do not try to treat yourself . This is not sounding too serious.

Keratosis pilaris: It might be keratosis pilaris, a condition in which the tiny hair follicles are plugged. It happens on the backs of people's upper arms, the backs of their thighs, and their buttocks. If it's kp, you can try over the counter cerave sa lotion twice daily to improve it, although you will never cure it. Kp is just the way your skin grows.

See doctor: There are many potential considerations  If they are ringlike and scaly, I would think of a fungal skin infection. Are your toenails jagged and fragile?

Doctor has to look: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can examine a pigmented patch to see what it might be. Sometimes rashes are related to allergies, irritants, eczema, fungi (tinea), psoriasis, etc..., but other times they are not. For odd rashes, skin biopsy may be done by a dermatologist, which also looks for skin cancer.

Need diagnosis: I recommend you see an MD to get a diagnosis to better be able to say how to remedy it! Could be ecsema allergic reaction, infection or other etiology. Therefore, hard to say how to treat.

Jock-Itch?: This could be fungal.  Try alternating Hydrocortisone with something like Lamisil (terbinafine) at for a week.

Treated Topically: Itchy areas of skin can usually be treated effectively with a OTC cortisone cream or ointment. If the topical fails and the itchy areas are enlarging or spreading, then it's time for a professional opinion. A dermatologist is proficient in treating these sometimes frustrating skin conditions.
