Contact Dermatitis?: Red itchy rash along bridge of nose around contact with glasses is concerning for allergic contact dermatitis.  Contact allergens include metals, glues, plastics, rubber, fragrances, topical antibiotics, preservatives, and chemicals. Avoidance is mainstay of treatment along with topical steroid creams. See an Allergist if persistent. Diagnosed by allergen patch testing.

Many possibilities: This could be just  irritation, viral, or even allergy cause.
Without an exam it would be impossible to determine the etiology.

You might just try irrigating the nose with some saline--you can get this at any drug store.
If this is not effective in resolving the problem, then would suggest visit to your medical provider.
