2 separate times in aug developed large itchy blister on ankle, thought was spider, urgent care treated. now yesterday same spot blister on ankle  ?

Could the spider: Of been hungry again? Your options inlcude having it treated a second time but instead of going to urgent care see a dermatologist or podiatrist. Take a picture in case the blister should look different when you go to the doctor. The doctor could opt for a biopsy which may shed light on if there is a fungal component or traumatic, or autoimmune etc....

Bites?: Insect bites in that location would be the most likely.  Try an antihistamine medication or cream for itching  and see your doctor if they do not resolve or spread.

Fungus: Fungus on the skin is often associated with skin lesions such as vesicles or rash or red bumps and are very itchy. What may have happened is after scratching the ankle lesion you scratched your toes. The ankle lesion darkened probably from scratching it so much that it bled and formed a dark scab over it. Try over the counter Lamisil (terbinafine) cream. If it doesn't help, see a podiatrist for prescribed meds.

Without seeing : Hard to guess, but you obviously need to take care of this open wound. If you plan on walking I would apply betadine solution (assuming no iodine allergy) and then a piece of gauze and rolled gauze over that staying away from adhesive and latex.

What color ooz: It could be an infection, ingrown hair, or friction blister depending on location and the ooz! there are many possibilities and you need to see a podiatrist or your doctor for correct diagnosis and treatment plan.

Shingles?: Itchy blistering rash- if it's on an erythematous base , follows a dermatome and occurs only on one side, it's more likely shingles.
