Allergy?: some times very hot shower makes one itch. But if this is a hot Tub bath , may be it is not cleaned properly and whatever is used for Tub bath is irritating your skin. Take a quick shower and use Aveeno or oatmeal soap. Apply coconut oil to smooth and or Bemadryl cream for itching. You will feel better. If you develop rashes despite this then it is time to get examined.

See a dermatologist: There may be an irritation. Throw away the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream ; try Hydrocortisone cream.Vertigo has many causes.

One side or both?: Tingling &amp; burning on 1 side of the face (either left or right) could be a sign of Bell's palsy or a problem with the VII (facial) nerve. Very rarely wd this affect both sides. Hives?: Sounds like this could be small hives (we call this cholinergic urticaria) especially because they come out when you are hot. Try taking an oral antihistamine like cetirizine or fexofenadine to see if that makes it better.

Get it checked: An itchy bump doesn't sound too worrisome, but anytime we hear there is pigmentation, "a black thing", we have more concern for skin cancer. For us a picture would help, but probably best to have your doctor take a look at it. Good luck!
