Labs reassuring: Alcoholic cirrhosis can take many years to develop. A normal ultrasound and liver function tests means that your liver is healthy!! Your liver can detox itself very effectively because you are young. Your symptoms may be due to your liver working overtime, without actual liver damage. Make an effort to eat healthy foods, exercise regularly and avoid alcohol and you will likely feel much better.

Infection or fluid: What you are describing are common symptoms of an ear infection or fluid behind the eardrum (which is likely from infection). Other possible risks include: increased weight, decreased bone mineral density (BMD) obesity, erosion of tooth enamel, caries

Good: Limited consumption of coffee is good for you. Always better than soda.

You : You certainly need to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases. Chlamydia often presents like this, without discharge or other symptom.  Even if the symptoms go away, you may remain a carrier, risking long term problems and transmission to others.  See a doctor asap.

Allergy or bile: You may have an intolerance or allergy to alcohol. If it is an allergy you would itch due to the allergy cascade and release of histamine.
If you have considerable liver damage from alcohol you may have cirrhosis of the liver and have a build up of bile products in the blood  which then cause itching.

Not expected.: Alcohol usually worsens itching unless one has drunk oneself into a semi-stupor.  Not all itching is induced by histamine and thus it may not work at all.  Dry skin is the most common cause for itching without a rash, consider applying a moisturizer &lt;3 mins after bathing to see if this helps. Make sure that no new medication or supplement was introduced shortly before the onset of itching.

Yes, but all sugar: If one is truly underweight (based on height, family background, and body type), a Dr. can evaluate for a hormonal, digestive, or other disorder. If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....
