Flee bites?: A cluster of rash on the could be from flee bites, if you have pets or if you sat on a grass field. If it is limited to one side, you may rule out shingles. Poison ivy type of contact allergy should also be considered.

i have something rash like in my bum crack.
there are red bumps that look like mosquito bites, several together. they are extremely itchy and quite painful.
what can i apply to get rid of this, or should i see a dr?

Rash : There are several things that this can be and needs to be seen to evaluate it. My experience is that is a common location for a herpes rash.

can herpies be a larger rash like 8-9cm in diameter? when the rash appears it's itchy but soon becomes less itchy. and takes a very long time to come back the first time it stayed for about 5 weeks then had no rash for about a month then came back?

Need more details: How long have they been present?  Is it getting worse or better?  Even with detailed information, it is difficult to provide an answer for a skin rash.   Best to check with your doctor if the rash has  been present for over 2 weeks.  May try 1% hydrocortisone cream for a week and see if this helps.

Red patch: Even though the patch isn't itchy it still could be an allergic response or slight irritation/inflammation from something that comes in contact with your neck(ex. Clothing, chains, cologne). You could try applying a cortisone type cream or ointment to see if resolves. A physician or dermatologist would have to examine the patch in order to advise you.

Must verify the rash: Itchy spots can be from many causes such as: eczema, hives, viral infections, other infections (like ringworm fungus), medication causes, heat rashes, etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be examined. In toddlers, an itchy round area is commonly eczema or less often ringworm. One's pediatrician can look at it. Sometimes an online video exam will suffice.

Inguinal rash: Moist areas are common sites for skin fungal infections. You could try otc topical creams such as lotramin (read label and precautions). If you don't improve, let your ob-gyn know. The accurate diagnosis of a rash requires a physicial exam.

A few possibilities: Genital skin rashes like this are pretty common. Mostly not serious. Some common ones are lichen planus, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and others. You'll need to see a doctor in person for accurate diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime, it's not likely to be serious. Good luck!
