I have a red rash-like patch on my neck and i am unsure as to what it is. it is not raised and not itchy?

Red patch: Even though the patch isn't itchy it still could be an allergic response or slight irritation/inflammation from something that comes in contact with your neck(ex. Clothing, chains, cologne). You could try applying a cortisone type cream or ointment to see if resolves. A physician or dermatologist would have to examine the patch in order to advise you.
