Treadmill: Results are only 1 part of a complete cardiac   evaluation. Incomplete bundle branch block and rare premature ventricular contractions may not be "normal", but are also not uncommon findings in treadmill evaluations. They may or may not be of significant concern. It is important for you to discuss these findings with a cardiologist in the context of the complete comprehensive cardiac evaluation.

hi, so basically. i heard that if a pvc falls on a t-wave, that can trigger ventricular fibrillation, and sudden death. as an 18 year old who experiences frequent isolated pvcs due to stress/anxiety on a daily basis, is this something to worry about?

: Not conversant with your prior therapy, but would recommend a full effort to control your emotional issues.  Some valuable approaches include meditation, hypnosis, biofeedback, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.  The cardiac issues which you fear are quite rare, and tend to occur under rather unusual circumstances in susceptible folks, very unlikely at your age.

history of anxiety and panic attacks. had holter and echo done, isolated pvcs, tachycardia. now am pregnant, and feeling the heart at rest up to 117, walking or taking stairs very high. im so nervous, i dont know if still my anxiety, pregnancy, both?

: Prob normal but discuss with your dr. Keep diary to see if you can find triggers to episodes.

The : The heart is a pump and has two heart parts: the right heart pumps venous blood to the lungs where it is oxygenated (and gives off waste products in form of carbon dioxide), and the left heart receives the oxygenated blood and pumps it forward to the body. Each of these separate pumps has a receiving chamber and a pumping chamber. The receiving chamber is named the atrium and lies above the pumping chamber, the ventricle. Isolated supra (above) ventricular beats are singular (not occurring in multiples or runs) heart beats that originate in the atrial chambers.

i'm 18 and have pvc's, structural normal heart, they typically happen isolated.sometime's i get a flipflop feeling the worst one lasted ~30 second.bad?

No: Palpitations are usually not important in 18yo people with normal hearts except that they cause anxiety that you need to control.
Avoid caffeine, stimulants, decongestants (with the letter d as they have pseudoephedrine) and if you can, avoid stress.
Healthy diet and exercise will help.
Do not worry.

hi i have recently had a holter moniter for 6 days which showed sinus rhythm throughout occasional pvcs and pacs and a few 1 degree heart blocks. also isolated wenchebach at night could u help i am severely anxious that it's serious?

No: nothing on your Holter monitor findings is life threatening. Having said that, not sure of the clinical scenario that prompted you to get one to start with, nor do I know your age and/or if u r on any medicines that may cause some of this as a side-effect. Either have a frank discussion with the doctor ordering and interpreting your Holter or request a consult on this platform.

Extra beats: The pvcs and apcs are extra beats that can be felt as flip flops or sometimes as skip beats. They are not harmful, just annoying, and should not interfere with your lifestyle. If a beta-blocker is used as part of your blood pressure regimen, it should help. Caffeine and other stimulants may make them more frequent..

Anything is possible: Vtach or ventricular tachycardia is a sustained rhythm of >100 BPM (often much faster) consisting of beats that arise exclusively in the ventricles instead of the normal location in the right atrium. In advanced heart disease and certain congenital heart diseases, pvcs may be an ominous precursor of vt, but in the vast majority, pvcs are just pvcs. All healthy people have some pvcs every day.

Toprol (metoprolol): Toprol (metoprolol) can help decrease the frequency of pvcs. It doesn't technically block pvcs.

When they: come in "runs" (repeated 3-4-5 in a row) or when they occur without 'coupling" (a stable amount of time) to a NORMAL beat!.    Your PCP/Cardiologist will be able to determine this after a period of MONITORING!
