Yes!: The walls of the vagina have "rugae" which are like ridges and valleys that allow for elasticity. Also, at the top of your vagina you may feel your cervix, which feels like a smooth bump protruding into the vagina. All normal.

Stop shaving: This doesn't have to be a "hairy" problem, simply stop shaving and the bumps will go away. Vulvar hair doesn't have to be "mowed" on a regular basis and moreover can increase your risk of cuts and infection.

Yeast? Herpes?: The most common cause of genital itching in women is yeast infection. However, yeast doesn't usually cause bumps, pain, or a "crusty" feeling. I'm concerned this may be genital herpes, but of course that is only possible if you are sexually active and have been sexually exposed. See a doctor ASAP -- the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and for effective treatment if it's herpes. Good luck!

Rugae: It is normal to have folds( bumps) and hymenal tags in the vagina.  This allows the vagina to distend during intercourse.  These folds are called rugae.  They should not be painful . If they are, they could be something else.  Warts can also cause bumps in the vagina.  If you are concerned, see a Provider.

Hair bumps: the perineum is very sensitive to the things women use to shave the area.  Not using the right shaving lotion, old razors and other issues often times cause they bumps.  Try a product called or coochie shaving cream.  Some women also say waxing leaves fewer bumps as well.

: Bumps that persist without change for months or years almost never are warts. The most common cause is vestibular papillomatosis; you can google it for more information, including typical photos to compare with yourself. Even though "papilloma" means wart, VP is not a form of genital warts and not caused by HPV; it's is entirely normal in some women. Good luck.
