Natural bumps in vagina: how can i know which diagnosis is the write one, natural bumps or warts? i have different opinions from few gynekologists i visited. i have bumpy, not always symmetrical soft longer growths just in the enteranceof the vagina?

Bumps that persist without change for months or years almost never are warts. The most common cause is vestibular papillomatosis; you can google it for more information, including typical photos to compare with yourself. Even though "papilloma" means wart, VP is not a form of genital warts and not caused by HPV; it's is entirely normal in some women. Good luck.
