Rugae: It is normal to have folds( bumps) and hymenal tags in the vagina. This allows the vagina to distend during intercourse. These folds are called rugae. They should not be painful . If they are, they could be something else. Warts can also cause bumps in the vagina. If you are concerned, see a Provider.
