: Seems to be a very very minimal increased risk of thrombosis (clot formation) - around 1/million - compared to others.  Risk from COVID is far, far higher.  If Astra Zeneca is the only one available - TAKE IT

Yes: We have been using this vaccine since 2009 with great success..I have given more than 500 doses this year through my office, including the first dose that i took myself. It is approved for use down to 6 months of age.It is certainly safer than the h1n1 flu, that killed an infant in a nearby town a month ago.

Hepatitis B Vaccine: Hepatitis B vaccine does not contain any live virus and is safe for most patients, even in pregnancy. There are very few contraindications.

Pneumococcal vaccine: The short answer is:  ideally, the vaccine should be given prior to conception, but the indications for administration are not altered by pregnancy. Human or animal studies have not been conducted. Inactivated vaccines have not been shown to cause increased risks to the fetus (cdc, 2011). In summary, if there there should be a good indication.

: Large studies have documented its safety. My own experience is observational:   The majority of our patients who have been vaccinated by two Pfizer vaccinations report mild to moderate soreness at the vaccine site, some with mild headache and some with a low grade fever.  Most report a somewhat increase of these symptoms after the 2nd vaccination.  Symptoms persist for 24-48 hrs after vaccination.

Depends: The existing vaccine has been approved for use for 18-65 yo  who do not have any of the long list of contraindications. It is not recommended for general use (the disease hasn't been seen in 30+ yrs worldwide and 60+ years in the US).

Yes: Having a drink or two on the day you are vaccinated, or the days following is fine.The vaccine actually does not interact with the liver in any direct way and social drinking will not interfere with the vaccine.

: Deal with reality. We have more data on these than many we developed over years in past vaccines  gathered in a short amount of time. at present 97% of those dying are unvaccinated. I find it sad there was so much obvious disinformation put out by so many over time. I did not and would not wait. You are actually late. Do what you wish. I consider the Maderna and Pfizer vaccines safe and effective.
