broccoli, asparagus, green beans, you really don't need to spend money for extra supplements.Most young people do fine without adding a lot of unnecessary
vitamins or supplements

Net: Net carbs.  My advice on atkins s to stay away form franken-foods like atkins bars or atkins muffins. Eat real foot as close to natural state as possible.

Relatively.: recommendations suggest 35 grams of fiber daily for women. 50 grams for men.  Without adequate water intake, this amount could be constipating.

Yes: It's pretty hard to get too much fiber from food alone unless you're living on only bread or eat too much of a few very fibrous, undigestable foods. Usually, too much fiber occurs from overuse of fiber supplements - pill or powder form. You may get diarrhea since fiber draws in more water into the colon.

Not really, but: There's always a point where there's an excess of something, though it would be hard to get to that point reasonably with fiber.  I suppose if you eat bales of hay at a time, you could reach an unsafe amount, but it is not something 99.9% of people would have to worry about with a normal diet.

Yes: cramping, gas and bloating are negative effects from too much fiber. Excess fiber can bind to iron, zinc, calcium, and magnesium and decrease their absorption.

Too much?: "Too much fiber" means different things to different people, so there's no way to guess what it means in this question. That said, extra dietary fiber beyond average intake will lead to more intestinal gas... just like in cows when they eat grass. Haven't heard of extra fiber causing stomach acid reflux problems.
