Knotty stomach: I think that you might describing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.  The symptoms can be constipation, diarrhea, cramping, irregular 
bowel movements, feelings of anxiety about the problem, another problem could be diverticulosis -- discomfort bowels changes, sometimes constipation --stool in your colon can feel like a lump that moves when you have a bowel mvmt.  Please see your doc for eval.

Pulsating: If you are a thin person it is not unusual to feel or see pulsation in the area of your stomach related to your aorta. Have it checked by your doctor. If there is any concern he will have the area imaged. All the best.

i had ct scan, x-ray, blood work, upper edoscopy this week. every test came back normal. i got a problem with eating solid foods for a about a month. no pain just feeling food stuck in my upper stomach. i believe a have inflammation slowing food down?

Scope should show: If there was a problem. If scope was normal and you still have a problem you might want to ask for a fluoroscopic swallowing study to be done

See doctor: Bruises on the legs are common. Bruises on back and stomach are not. She should be checked by your pediatrician. Also walkers are no longer recommended because they cause injuries.

Contractions...: Stomach tightening with twins usually is a contraction.  If these are rare, they can be "Braxton Hicks" contractions.  If they are more frequent, it could be pre-term labor.  You should have a low threshold for letting your doctor know about contractions when you have twins.  Best Wishes!

Yes: Everyone, including infants swallow air during feeding &amp; this will enter the stomach and add noise to the mechanical processing in the organ. As processed food enters &amp; moves into the intestines it may also make some odd sounds. Some infants are noisier than others. Normal.

Normal: Everyone's stomach makes some gurgling noises. On babies those sounds are easy to hear because they have less of a fat pad to block the noise. They're easily heard also one thin adults. As long as your baby is happy and eating well., you have nothing to worry about.
