is there more than one good way to treat puncture wound on the face?

Yes: Depending on the cause, depth, size, and potential contamination of the wound, punctures injuries may be treated by local cleansing, removal of any contaminants, removal of damaged or crushed tissues.  Sometimes mds will leave the site open to prevent trapping bacteria or non-vital tissues.  Closure is sometimes possible.  Important to have a doctor evaluate and guide in all penetrating punctures.

Highly unlikely: Although nothing is impossible, this comes close. If a patient with HIV disease had an open bleeding wound and touched a cut on your face that was also fresh and open then there might be a possibility.  This does not seem to have ever occurred, but there is always a potential. Hiv is transmitted sexually or by blood transfer by transfusion, needle sharing or organ transplant.

one neuro thought i had trigeminal neuralgia due to severe face and skull pain. other neuro said mri showed blood vessel and nerve at front left stick together and could be the cause. what does this mean and is it treatable?

Facial pain: Find neurosurgeon who does injections for facial pain and can do minimally invasive techniques.  Blood vessel contact with nerve may be irritant causing pain

Seecondary Headache : Your question is too general, however in your case the most important is to rule out secondary type of headache. These headaches are symptomatic of an underlying cause: head trauma, headache with vascular disorders or without vascular disorders (ex. High CSF pressure) or headaches with non-cephalic infection like viral, bacterial or other. My recommendation is to see headache neurologist.

i hv been using "kanadex"  on my face for pimples n things for 3 yr. now if i dont use it i feel itch on my face and it turns red. is it treatable?

Vitiligo: Vitiligo can be anywhere on the skin.  It is treatable to some degree. Recommend you see dermatologist.

i'm 16&have untreated plagiocephaly , i wore a helmet as a baby, but it didn't help treat it. i suffer from a daily migraine disorder, could this be linked to it? and is it treatable? i hate the shape of my head!! thank you!!

Not your ear: The sound is not likely coming from the ear itself, or a muscle at all. More likely a ligament or bone in your upper neck is the source. You would be wise to start off with a visit to,your family doctor, especially if he/she is a DO. In  any case, a physiatrist may be able to help you sort this out. Good luck!

im 17 and my penis is having a lot of issues. its red around the tip and the head is sensitive, the penis hole is irritated too by stuff. also my penis aches when its hard. will this be permanent or is it treatable? the cream my doctor have failed

See urologist: suggest seeing a urologist for culture of any secretion and then appropriate tx with most likely an oral antibiotic

2 weeks ago, i took cipro (ciprofloxacin) (750mg 2x/day) for a uti. after 2 days, i felt pain and numbness in my hands, feet and face. the uti was gone by day 2, but the pain gets worse daily. is this treatable?

Need in person eval: If your symptoms are getting worse despite the fact that you're off the cipro, (ciprofloxacin) you need to be seen by a doctor and make sure that the two are related.
