Depends: Most bacteria are short lived found in the oral cavity when they are allowed to dry outside the mouth. There are some bacteria such as TB that have a spore form and can be reactivated in the right environment.  Viruses are another story and these survive well outside on the skin even after drying those include the viruses that cause aids and hepatitus.

Prostrate/: Forget née pollen or saw palmetto. You need proper diagnosis, with examination by physician. Most likely if age is 29, prostrate may be harboring std- one of sneakiness is chylmydia.  If its bacterial then get it treated as well! non bacterial- includes germs that are not bacteria or could be prostatic congestion. Note your symptoms and take list with you for check up.

I am sorry that the gastritis is bothering you.  If you haven't talk to a gastroenterologist, you should.  Certain food like citrius/tomatoes/caffeine can all trigger your symptoms.

: No STI can cause symptoms within 24 hours. Nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) can follow oral sex, perhaps sometimes due to normal oral bacteria, but takes 1-2 weeks for symptoms to start. More detail is required to judge the possibility of prostatitis or any other particular cause. See a urologist and maybe an infectious diseases specialist.
