Kalms  (Valerian): I admire your interest for Health.
Kalms contains Hops, Valerian root and Gentian root and is a herbal medicine used for the relief of symptoms of stress. 
Its  side effects can be
Nausea
Abdominal cramps
Headache
Uneasiness
Excitability
Insomnia.
Few people feel sluggish in the morning after taking Valerian, at higher doses. 
It’s best not to drive or operate dangerous machinery after taking it.

Mixed meds: Amoxicillin, taken exactly as directed for at least five days, will reduce some bacterial infections.  Kalms is an herbal anti-anxiety Med.  Should not interfere with each other.  But if you have an infection important that you get professional treatment.  Do it yourself treatment can be dangerous.

St. John's wort: Would advise against because both impact serotonin and the two together can significantly raise its level. In some instances leading to Serotonin Syndrome and Hypertensive Crisis

Kalms: Kalms is valerian root extract used to help reduce the effects of stress.  It should not cause constipation, but also won't really do anything to help with constipation in my experience.      Magnesium added to this may be quite helpful.

Checked the Kalms: Website and did not find the contents of kalms. Suspect it is a proprietary blend of 'plant extracts'. Without knowing what the herbs are in their formulation - can't really provide you with any helpful feedback.

Call the dr: It is probably a good idea to call the doctor that prescribed ramipril and ask. They will be able to know your history and talk through your anxiety and rule out the anxiety as a side effect of your meds.

Kalms: Kalms is a natural sleep aid with the main ingredient being Valerian Root and unless allergic to Kalms it should be ok

Avoid : Good morning, the ingredients in kalms sleep tablets are natural plant extracts. The problem is that we do not know what effect you will have on your immune system. I would advise against taking this, especially with asthma.

Kalms: A herbal product, contains valerian, will interact with sertraline causing more sedation. Also you need to be cautious using propranolol and sertraline, keep the follow up with your doctor. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications, best wishes

Unpredictable: Kalms has root extracts which in some people allows them to sleep better; however, it also has other excipients that have been shown to modify absorption in the gut.  So while in general there doesn't seem to be an issue, understand that there may be a problem if taken together.
