Call the dr: It is probably a good idea to call the doctor that prescribed ramipril and ask. They will be able to know your history and talk through your anxiety and rule out the anxiety as a side effect of your meds.

Possible interaction: Kalms contains valerian, hops and gentian root. Gentian root can lower blood pressure. It's possible the combination with ramipril could lower BP too much. Symptoms of low BP would be dizziness and lightheadedness on standing that is relieved by sitting or lying down. If you do take it be alert for this possibility.
