Dont: These types of products are dangerous. Don't look for shortcuts to weight loss. Change what you eat to include only fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans, seeds and wild fish like alaskan salmon, get 45 minutes a day of brisk walking spread out over day if possible! manage stress, and sleep 7-8 hours, and watch pounds drop.

Probably Not: If your TSH is 1.51, then you are not hyperthyroid.  I would see your doctor and ask him to evaluate you in person - he will probably want to order labs to rule out diabetes, which can cause weight loss and polyuria.  If you have underlying anxiety, that can cause your tremors and insomnia.  Find a doctor you are comfortable with and make an appt.

ALLERGIC CONJUNCTIVI: If you are allergic to the eczema lotion,  itchy rashes will develop you call it contact dermatitis. Itchy and swollen  pink eyes can be allergic in origin but not necessarily from the lotion.

just started taking triamcinalone ointment for eczema and now one of my neck lymph nodes is swollen. is this a side effect? should i be worried?

Unlikely.: Triamcinolone is  mid potency steroid. Over a long period of time it could potentially reduce your immune system fighting infection so theoretically it could lead to enlarged lymph nodes but it would take a really long time. So I would guess you are also having an infection, and with eczema superinfection with bacteria is not uncommon. See doctor if eczema getting worse or any non-healing lesions

Improved eczema: Flucoinolone is a potent topical steroid that can improve allergic skin issues like eczema. Typically the more potent ones should not be used on children, on the face, in the armpits or groin as that skin is thinner and some steroids if used there chronically can cause stretch marks. Often the topical steroids really help but the eczema can recur once stopped. They are wonderful in a flare!

Eye allergy: Desonide will help the eczema but your child may have eye allergies. You may want to see an allergy specialist.

Although I was not: Able to find weight loss as a specific potential side effect for ferrous gluconate, it can cause:  v appetite, nausea/ vomiting, abdominal cramps etc. It would be safe to assume that there would be potential for weight loss in one of those scenarios.

i was just prescribed contrave for weight loss. one of the possible side effects is suicidal thoughts. what are the chances of that happening? ive never had such thoughts before, and a bit scare to have this as a side effect with contrave?

: You should not worry about this labeling, a caution for much younger patients. By PDR.net: "In placebo-controlled trials with bupropion &amp; naltrexone (Contrave) (equivalent to bupropion doses of 360 mg/day) for the treatment of obesity in adults, no suicides or suicide attempts were reported in studies up to 56 weeks duration". Take care.

The : The acai berry is a fruit from acai trees in brazii.  Like other fruits, if you eat too much of it at a time you could develop nausea, diarrhea or an uncomfortable stomach.  The acai berry is reported to contain caffeine (although some contend it doesnâ€™t), so if you ingested a lot it might cause a headache or insomnia.  Someone with an anxiety disorder may not respond well to large amounts of caffeine.  Because you are taking acai in the form of a pill, it could have additives.  There is always the possibility of a food allergy.  Acai berries are reported to help people with weight loss â€” I do not know the efficacy of the berry.  However, the best way to be healthy is to eat a healthy balanced diet and to get regular aerobic activity.

Depends: Depends on what modality you chose to help you lose weight. Lifestyle changes are healthy and pprobably the best way to go as long as you can maintain it. Don't go for the fad diets. Choose changes that you can maintain lifelong. Work with your doctor. Good luck.
