I think that: Part of your question may have been cut off. Trichomoniasis can be treated w one   or multiple oral doses of Metronidazole or tinidazole. Metronidazole vaginal gel is not recommended by the cdc for treatment of trichomoniasis.

: The urine test-culture &amp; sensitivity gives the kind of bacteria and what antibiotics work on them. The antibiotics mentioned usually work on all of them. I do not know what 'urinter' is. Never hesitate to ask your doc about what you have and what medicine used, possible side effects at the time of treatment. Hope you do well

Not certain: But sometimes this is because a sexual partner hasn't been treated.  Even if you are treated, you can get reinfected if a partner does not get the treatment as well.

Unclear: I may not be understanding your question, but to my knowledge the only way to get trich is through sexual contact with an infected individual. I've heard tales about getting trich form towels and so on, but i'm not aware that's been proven.

Trichomonas is usually sexually transmitted.  Both the patient and their partner need to be treated.  Men often have no symptoms.  The parasites are usually successfully treated with an antibiotic; METRONIDAZOLE
