Possibly deadly: It depends on your age and cardiac health. These drinks are no longer allowed to be consumed by people under 18 and likely a risk for older persons with health issues. They are potent stimulants some people had issues with their heart racing skipping etc someone with bad coronary disease would be a risk for heart attack although I do not know if any heart attacks are associated at this time

Do you sleep nights?: In general, it's not a good idea.  Large amounts of caffeine impair sleep, cause anxiety, even tremor and can precipitate panic attacks.  If you work 3rd shift, it is far better for you to get natural sleep, eat a proper diet and not use stimulants. If you have shift work sleep disorder, there are better medications for it than large amounts of caffeine.

You should avoid excessive caffeine while breastfeeding, so a cup of tea or coffee in the AM is ok, but baby will get the caffeine around early afternoon.  Large amounts of caffeine are not good for you or baby.

People who feel tired should treat the cause of being tired, and not use stimulants (whether caffeine or others) - a vicious cycle develops.
