i have slightly thick opaque oozing from a small burn for three days. it has not gotten worse and i have no fever, but when should i see a doctor?

Burn: A burn will take up to 7 to 10 days to heal.  A ooze from the healing wound is common.  If no fever or redness around wound then should heal fine with topical antibiotic and or aloe.

Reflux: Burning in the upper abdomen and chest as well as throat pain can be related to reflux. Not sure how the urine fits in though.

Can do: Just the burn causes an inflammation that can result in fever, but more worrisome is the potential that the burn becomes infected, and this could cause fever.  Best to be evaluated by a doc.

Burning up, no fever: I would suggest checking your thermometer for accuracy, perhaps measuring your temperature rectally.  Sometimes oral and aural thermometers are not accurate.

I would say likely: Likely unrelated, but the acid in a battery could have caused oral damage to the mouth (temporarily) that could make the child uncomfortable and cranky.
