No: Its a common multimodal pain regimen. Short term use of opiates is OK for acute exacerbations of pain. 
Opaites are not indicated for chronic non malignant pain.

Abdominal : Abdominal pain is a very complicated symptom.  Often, the er is able to make sure it is not caused by something dangerous and in need of emergent care, but rarely are they able to diagnose the problem after that.  Still, you did the right thing by taking her to the er with pain that severe. You should call her doctor for an evaluation.  Her doctor will be able to take a thorough history and physical which can help direct further testing and/or treatment if needed.  Good luck!

See details: Why are you taking that high a dose of ibuprofen and why are you taking this med in the first place? I am not a fan of the long term use of NSAIDs especially at the dosage level you are taking. You should only take this med with a meal to protect your stomach.

Be careful: Yes you can , but you can reduce the risk of abdominal pain or irritation with taking them with food. Try not to take more than 800mg every 8 hrs at the most.  Also consider tylenol (acetaminophen) instead based on the type of pain you are having.

See your dentist: Prolonged use of Ibuprofen will damage you liver. A major toothache that persists for so long will not be solved with pain medication. Even if you make it through the acute pain phase, it usually leads to a sub acute phase that leads to further complications down the road. See your dentist to have the tooth treated.

It depends: Depending on what your original dose was, it would be advisable to wait 2 more hours before taking the medication. Dosing of ibuprofen (which is in Advil) is maximum 800mg ever 6-8 hours.

Side effects: All medications have side effects. Taking any nsaid, like ibuprofen, with frequency over extended periods of time can increase your chances of long term side effects like gastrointestinal inflammation/irritation and possible kidney problems. If you are taking this frequently for a short period with food you should be ok but i would try to limit your exposure and take only when absolutely necessary.
