See your doc.: You should consult with your medical provider before you make any changes to your meds. It's not dangerous to cut your dose; however, if you cut your dose too low or stop suddenly, you could go through withdrawal including fatigue, nausea, insomnia, headaches, tremors, flu-like symptoms and increased anxiety.

i have been taking 5mg of bystolic for 13 days and im concerned that it is causing gi issues. is it safe to cut the pill in half and reduce the dosage to 2.5mg to see if it reduces the stomach issues? im taking it along with 5mg lexapro for anxiety?

: If bystolic is really the cause of your GI issues, cutting the dose in half will not make any difference. It will be more helpful if you let us know what your GI issues are and what condition you are taking bystolic for (BP, rhythm or heart condition). is it safe to take imodium and lexapro? i am new to taking lexapro 10mg daily and also have ibs. i want to make sure i can continue taking imodium as needed. when needed i take 1-2 pills of imodium multi symptom relief a day for 2 days?

: You can take small dose as needed for a day or two but daily use with regular dose of imodium is not recommended due to risk of cardiac arrhythmia.

"Using QUEtiapine together with fluconazole can increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious and potentially life-threatening, although it is a rare side effect. You may be more susceptible if you have a heart condition called congenital long QT syndrome, other cardiac diseases, conduction abnormalities, or electrolyte disturbances." &gt;

Probably irritation: As you can breathe, it's most likely that it 'scratched' or irritated the entry to the windpipe and that leaves the feeling for some time. If your breathing is obstructed, go to an ER or urgent care - otherwise drink warm water, gargle, eat only soft food till it feels better. Best!
