Pain control, image: Need to confirm cause of pain and image stone for size and location. Small stones can be expelled with administration of fluids, NSAIDS, alpha blockers and steroids. Rule out infection and treat as necessary. Pain control. An impacted or obstructing stones requires urologic consultation.

Back pain in young: Young patients rarely need further evaluation for back pain as it is usually self-limiting. But yours has been persistent. Consider disc herniation which may cause pain without sciatica in young patients. Stress fracture occurs in 5% of the population without any symptoms, but may be aggravated by such a fall. Since your symptoms persist,  see your doc for a more specific evaluation.

Not  necessarily: The bogginess usually represents a buildup of a blood pocket within the layers or underneath the scalp next to the skull.It does not represent an extension past the skull into the brain unless you can feel a step off in the skull bone itself.When this happens there will be other symptomss of a head injury like vomiting or loss of conciousness.

No: Hemorrhoids are normal veins. They may cause symptoms from diarrhea or constipation, or from excessive repetetive straining. Treat the cause first and the hemorrhoids will respond.

had a fall onto my coccyx from a 90 degree seated position (like a 90o walk sit without the wall) on concrete in late april and i still have a lot of pain around the my base of my spine, it's a struggle just sitting down without a lot of pain.

Need workup: You probably need to get some sort of imaging - at minimum X ray, and most likely an MRI of Lumbar spine + pelvis to assess anatomy.
See your PCP for a referral to a pain doctor for a full exam and workup.

See doctor: This is not normal.  See a doctor and find out what damage was done by your fall.  The sooner the better.

Depends: Important factors:  the nature of the fall, past medical history, medications, symptoms, exam. If neck/wrist pain, xrays indicated, (splint painful wrist even if the xray is normal - if not better in  a few days, needs more testing). 
If passed out, or if problems with memory, a CT head scan is usually done (not essential if neurologic exam is normal). All the above assumes a normal exam!
