No: I have to think of why you asked this question and have settled on the mercury level in fish. There are some types of  fish with low mercury levels, such as atlantic wild salmon,eaten twice to 3x a week, is a good choice.

If : If there was a tumor they would have likely seen in on ultrasound. If your ovaries do not go down in size then they may order a ct scan (cat scan) of your pelvis to get a better look at your ovaries. Depending on the results additional testing will be ordered. 
Were you on birth control pills or hormones or any other supplements recently? If so that may be to blame. Lastly, it sounds like your doctor(s) are doing the appropriate work up. Make sure you get an explanation as to why your ovaries were/are enlarged.

Exam and CT-ER: you are certainly old enough to develop acute diverticulitis and I suggest ER evaluation for same. Actually any unexplained left ( or right) sided pain deserves a thorough ER evaluation. Please go directly to the ER with your information.

Healing: It takes 6-9 months for pain from cesarean to go away.  Eventually for nearly 99% of women the pain will go away completely withe time.  Sometimes there is a trapped nerve that needs to be treated with steroid injections and pain medication injections, but that's fairly rare. She should see her doctor if after 4-6 months not getting better, but right now, still completely normal.

Abdominal pain: "horrible" pain in the abdomen (anywhere) should be evaluated by an md. In the lower abdomen, possible causes in a 32 year old are pelvic infections (stds), ovarian torsion, colitis, diverticulitis, severe constipation, endometriosis, or adhesions from prior surgery. There is no simple way to sort this out. A tip: if you have been on chronic narcotic pain medications severe constipation is common.

Wound infection: The smell may not just come from trapped moisture and wound secretions with skin-skin contact, but from a wound infection in deeper layers of the incision. Have it checked out and don't wait until you run an elevated body temperature.

Allergic reaction: You are having an allergic reaction to the sea food. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to relieve the itching for now but schedule an appointment with an allergist for further evaluation.

im allergic to all seafoods my eyes itch and it becomes hard to breathe but i want to try shrimp so bad and take the fish oil vitamins what can i do?

See an allergist: Not all seafoods are created equally, thus you may not be allergic to all seafoods, just some seafoods.  A good allergist will be able to guide you, after sufficient testing, to let you know what is and is not available for you to eat. In the meantime, do not experiment by eating seafood on your own.
