All fiber: is hard to digest, that the benefit that it gives bulk to stools and help prevent constipation.

Possibly: An abrasion at the laryngeal portion of the pharynx at the level of the epiglottis which creates the sensation of a foreign body in your throat along with coughing.  If further down in the esophagus proper you wouldn't cough.  See an otolaryngologist for confirmation.

i just felt popcorn seed, hard, movable lump in breast; mammo last month said normal. how fast can a tumor grow?

Apples & Oranges: What you feel on breast examination and see on mammogram are not always correlated; although mammograms are excellent screening tests, they do miss cancers. Therefore, the lump you feel could very well have been present last month and gone undetected. Please see your primary care dr or gyne--an ultrasound of this lump will help determine if biopsy is necessary.

i just chewed hard on a kernel of popcorn and it hurt the left side of my teeth and jaw. the pain is moving on to my temple and is now hurting my head. am i going to be ok?

Fracture: There is a chance thsth you have fractured a tooth. Please havr a dentisy evaluatr the condition. You can take some ibuprophen or.Tylenol.

Absolutely: Absolutely. If it doesn't go away within 72 hours it could be something else.

after eating salty foods like chips or popcorn my lips,  tongue and throat swell up. sometimes hard to breath. what could i be allergic to? is it bad?

It May be Serious: You need to stop eating these foods and see an allergist for an evaluation. You may be very allergic to something, either the food itself or possibly a preservative. Any time you have swelling and difficulty breathing it could be very serious and if an allergy could lead to a potentially fatal reaction. You should have Benadryl (diphenhydramine) with you at all times and take it right away if you get swelling.

It may be: Everyone is different, and certain foods may be harder for people to digest, spinach being one of them.  Spinach may at times be visible in your stool and it can cause greenish color in your stool etc, all signs it is not being 100% digested.  If you can not digest it well, move on to other foods that do not cause you any issues.  Best wishes.
