Most definitely: Anemia could either be from blood loss or lack of production of red blood cells. It is advisable to consult with your doctor as soon as possible.

I'd bet so: Iron is involved in much more than hemoglobin production, and people who are iron-deficient feel tired and weak before the anemia appears. Iron also keeps your muscles and mitochondria going. You need to find out why you are iron deficient and address the underlying cause (illness, pregnancy / periods, diet).

Yes: depends on the type of anemia. Some anemias will cause distraction of red blood cells and yellow tinge in the white of eyes.
Anemia can cause shortness of breath, fatigue and low exercise tolerance

R.O lesion: Nausea for the most part is reflux of gastric content thru gastro-esoph sphincter.  If persistent then some form of partial outlet obstruction of stomach  present. The on and off anemia would suggest possible lesion near pylorus that is intermittently bleeding.  Gastroscopy and possible biopsy of site of any path required.

Need to examine: Iron deficiency anemia in women is usually due to menstrual blood loss. Diarrhea itself is not a marker for cancer, you are unlikely to have it. However, it would be prudent to consult a gastroenterologist as there may be treatment for you and you may not need to put up with loose stools 3x per day.

Very possible: Your symptoms certainly are consistent with anemia, although they could also be due to a thyroid deficiency or some other problem.  You need to see a doctor and have some blood tests to determine the origin of your symptoms.  And if you are anemic, the next question to ask your doctor is why?  Heavy periods? Poor diet?  Find out the reason.

Could be: Related to your anemia.  It depends on how low your iron stores are.  Hopefully they have performed a pelvic ultrasound to help diagose what is occuring.  You possibly will need iron infusions, depending on how low your iron levels are.  Make sure to take your iron medication with orange juice to help the absorption.  Good luck!

Many possibilities: See a physician - in particular, you may need to be evaluated for rheumatologic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc. 

Your anemia should be evaluated, as well -- although many young women have low-end hemoglobin levels because of menstruation.
