When expired?: Depends on how long ago it expired and the conditions in which it was kept.  The expiration date includes for most medication an extra years worth of safety (not true for many drugs, particularly injectables).  I would not fret if were a year expired.

Depends: Methocarbamol comes in 500 mg and 750 mg forms - 3 of the 500 mg tabs would be ok, whereas 3 of the 750 is above the recommended dose.  Side effects could include slowed heart rate, decreased blood pressure, confusion, sleepiness, etc.  Presumably it's out of your system by now but if you're still having side effects, see a physician.

Fairly  normal: Some patients with this medication could feel drowsy or sleepy and you should be careful with any activity that could put you or other people at risk such as driving. Some people might get a headache or nausea. The goal of the medication is to relax muscle. If you are not feeling right stop the medication and speak with your physician.
