docs, sir, i'm in my 1st trimester, purged n vomited severely yesterday till i hv no food in my stomach. pls can i take juice, lucozade, to replenish?

Vomiting: vomiting can be common in the first trimester.  If a person can not keep anything down for more than a few days, they should proceed immediately to their physician's office or the hospital for medical treatment.  If you are feeling able to drink and eat, a bland diet with small portions is recommended.  Drinks like lucozade, gatorade, and water are fine in pregnancy.

why is my stomach bloated all the time? i do sports drink water although i gained 1-2 kgs. iam 163 cm and 64 kg.

Abdominal bloating: There are lots of reasons (some quite concerning) for abdominal discomfort /bloating, but not all of them are due to the GI tract. Also, functional syndromes may be present without underlying inflammation or structural pathology.  Check with your doctor for examination ; treatment options, particularly since your problem seems to be ongoing. Not pregnant, right?

Since lexapro (escitalopram) can: Lead to GI upset - would encourage you to take it with food. Please discuss this also with your prescribing physician.

Abdomen, not stomach: If by "stomach" you're referring to the organ that digests food, the answer is no.  But lipodystrophy can include abdominal fat accumulation (build-up of fat within the abdomen), which can cause abdominal distension and discomfort, and which may also increase the risk of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease.

if you have some stomach sensitivity that may be caused by dairy  and it doesn't get treated or you keep taking dairy is this harmful to the body?

Depends: Not eating dairy will not cause any harm.  You may have to figure out how to obtain adequate amounts of calcium from other sources.  Constantly taking dairy may cause diarrhea and you can lose nutrition due to frequent diarrhea.  I would recommend that you be formally evaluated by a physician before determining cause of stomach sensitivity as there are other diseases which can mimic symptoms.

i accidentally ate maybe 2-3 worms (tiny , white in color) from a ripe mango. i didnt notice right away. should i be worried? would they be harmful in my stomach?

: I doubt these will be anything more than an alternative protein source, digested by your body or expelled dead in your feces in a few days.

Get an xray: to make sure it is nothing serious..you may just be prone to excess gas production by your digestive system

ER doctor can check: A person with tummy pain between the belly button and the bottom of the rib cage can have a variety of problems. A doctor's examination is needed, unless the person is young and healthy, and pain is mild and resolves quickly. Possible causes include: stomach acid reflux or ulcer symptoms, pancreatitis, gallstone problems, abdominal muscle strains, some sort of hernia, appendicitis, etc...

Yes, very harmful: If you have an ulcer it is less likely to heal if you are a smoker. Smoking is of course also very harmful if you don't have a stomach ulcer.  So many reasons to quit! You can quit if you make a committed effort and use the help of your doc, family, friends, &amp; FDA approved smoking cessation aids. Don't worry if you relapse, just keep trying! Most smokers require 3-5 quit attempt to win the battle.

is oxycodone taken on an empty stomach harmful to the body in any way? just oxycodone by itself, no acetaminophen.

No no harm: I suppose you were prescribed oxycodone by your doctor for pain, it will help the pain and no other harm will come. It can cause usual side effects like nausea, constipation, sedation and mental impairment etc.Oxycodone without  Acetaminophen can be used for pain in appropriate dose.
