It sounds like: you put a number of things in your stomach that could have the potential to be irritating, possibly more so in combination!Often fajitas are spicy with onions and peppers, let alone the meat. Pineapple, lemon .. your stomach likely has secreted more acid resulting in the burning sensation you feel. Eat blander food for a day or two, consider an OTC antacid.It should resolve quickly.If not, see doc

See a doc: You have already been diagnosed with heartburn according to your history, and this sounds like gerd. The other thing it could be is a hiatal hernia and this is why you should see your doc. Occasionally a congenital hiatal hernia can cause these symptoms and can be ruled out simply with some imaging. I would not recommend just a detox with lemon and cucumber, although give it a try, then see a doc.

No: Have you ever had lemon tea? I have it every day and guess what I am not constipated. I doubt it is bad or causes constipation unless there are some other ingredients in the commercial product that may do it.

Food Questions: Lemons are not bad for health in any way.  Lemons, have some vitamin c, but otherwise are mostly a flavor in foods and drinks.

what you describe sounds like it might work in the short term, but won't get sustained, large amounts of weight off of you (more than 10 pounds).  I have successfully used the sbd, and currently on the scd, with good results.

No. That's fine.: Drinking water is fine.  Adding some lemon for flavoring is fine.  However, adding too much lemon can lead to sour stomach symptoms, especially in people who already have some stomach reflux or acidity problems.

Not recommended: In conventional medicine this would not be recommended as a treatment.  One of the issues is the risk of rebound weight gain once a diet is finished and some can put patients at risk of nutritional and electrolyte disturbances.  Tend to therefore recommend slow changes to eating habits that create slow but longterm improvements.  Recommend see dietician or primary care physician to take further

does too much lemon water cause cramps? ive been drinking lemon water all day and now im having bad cramps that remind me a bit of period cramps but slightly worse. i know its not my period though because i already had it last week?

: It depends on what else you have eaten or drank. If you have only lemon water in your stomach, then irritation might be the cause. If you have eaten and drank normally, then there is most likely a different cause. If the abdominal cramping symptoms persist more than 24 hours, see a Dr in person for a full evaluation.
