Safe: The dose is not relevant. No dose is effective for anything whatsoever. Save your money. You have enough problems with the parkinson's. If hair loss is really important to you, see a dermatologist.

: You could take multiple vitamins daily, however your choice to take very high doses of certain vitamins may need for you to look into the pros and cons more. The use of megadose of vitamins may not be as beneficial as proposed, because like vitamin C is excreted in the urine if taken at high doses so it is a waste that does not benefit the body. Vitamins could be toxic if too high like vitamin D.

Yes: These are all safe to take daily. Levothyroixine should be on empty stomach in morning. I advise prenatal, biotin and CoQ10 after breakfast, then fish oil after lunch or dinner. Magnesium (best as glycinate or taurate) best in evening at least 2 hours after dinner. Take a quality prenatal, ideally one with the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid) (Pure Encapsulations and Designs For Health make great ones).

Acne: Your doctor can help you with your acne.  This is a better and safer route to take rather than the so it yourself approach.

Yikes: That is a lot of biotin. It is 200 times the recommended daily intake. I don't believe there have been any scientific studies showing the safety of taking that much, although, there is nothing to say it is clearly dangerous either.

Biotin: There are no studies showing that biotin is safe when breast feeding.  I would not take the medication while breast feeding.
