TB patients.: Obviously you need to use TB precautions to take care of the patient. Even then you are still at risk. Speak to your hr dept.

Yes: It is called PPD for TB testing and there is no known contraindication for getting one unless you were tested positive before.

Normal healthy diet: With tb, one can eat a normal healthy diet. He can take an over-the-counter multivitamin just in case he doesn't get enough in the diet.
