Need more info: It is usually not feasible to know the status of fallopian tubes by examining the cervix. Was it your doctor who told you that? If yes, you need to see a different doctor. It would be prudent to consult a gynecologist.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

cervix not found by obgny i get pep-smear test done. my doctor had a hard time to locate my cervix. is that normal and she said my vagina is very very deep. what is that mean? she said i was born like that. i'm 33 is that i'm not going to get pregnant.?

I : I really really don't like it when doctors don't explain themselves and scare the patient. First of all let me say you are fine. Your cervix is just hard to reach and is higher up than the average cervix. This is normal, just like a person is tall, short, has a crooked ear, or a bent nose. 
This has no bearing on your fertility (you have already had a baby!) the only issue is that it may be difficult to reach when getting a pap smear or hard to insert a device like an iud (form of birth control). Other than that it should pose no problem for you.

Pregnancy Tests Work: You did not include any sexual, menstrual, or ovulatory history here.  Pregnancy tests work and are valid if you test after a period is missed. If you test before a period is missed then the test may not be valid.

Not very likely.: Currently available urine pregnancy tests are accurate over 98% of the time when the HCG is over 25 (but 10 to 14 days after conception).  If the test is negative you are not pregnant or you are less than 10 days along.

Each time unique: There are no universal signs of pregnancy early on. You may notice multiple changes or may only find your period to be delayed. Possible early changes include--delayed period, breast tenderness, increased fatigue, mild cramping (and even occasional spotting) nausea and both food aversions and food cravings. Sometimes change in urinary pattern, bloating, constipation. Some report early mood changes.

Yes: Testing for group beta strep is done for all pregnancies at  35--37 weeks' gestation unless exceptions below. Not tested in these situations since treatment automatic. Treatment in your case not automatic in 2010 guidelines from cdc. No test:
1. If you had a previously delivered baby who had invasive gbs infection 
2. A patient who has bladder infection due to gbs during current pregnancy.
