No: The groin and the testicle are not the same and there may be very specific issues that require very specific and urgent treatment.  The testicle can become twisted or an appendage off the testicle can become twisted.  One may have a hernia, hydrocoele, or other issue.  If you have recurring pain with running in the groin or genitals, seek immediate evaluaiton.

Depends: The term hernia can apply to different areas of the body &amp; varies in size/effect. If your hernia follows the path where the testis came down during fetal development, it can impair the blood flow that supplies the testis. This could trigger pain.

Very unlikely: that anxiety is the cause of testicular pain,especiall if it is only on one side.If it is only one testicle it could be from an early inguinal hernia.Inguinal hernia is unusual,but possible in a 17 year old.If both testicles hurt then maybe it is psychsomatic.Good luck.

No help online : Given your description you need to be seen and examined , it may still be a viral infection as infectious mono, but need to rule out other conditions, and address the testicular pain, good luck

my boyfriend is experiencing  groin pain and testicular pain (quality: intense throbbing).it started as back spazums and about 10 hours ago changed to intense throbbing in scrodum we tried rotating testicles. nothing changed what should we do?

Dr to examine testis: Testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting of an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since a guy usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisting, an exam by the doctor is needed.

so basically i've been experiencing some testicular pain on my right one and some groin bubbling or growling, one of them, i've also peed a lot today, does anyone know what it is?

Testicular pain: I assume there has been no recent trauma. Have you had excessive genital stimulation?  It's possible that there is irritation/inflammation of the epididymus. If symptoms persist, a urologist is best to examine &amp; advise you. A urinalysis can be performed.

Get exam: Need more info..Could be recurrence of prior hernia or development of new hernia. Could also be epididimytis or some other inflammation of testicle, even torsion. Need more info or you should just get examined ASAP to resolve your question.
