Yes, but: Omeprazole use over long-term can cause medical problems down the road--increases infections, bone loss etc...But if this is what you need, then you need it.
It is ok to use both, however.
In general, don't take meds if you don't have to.
If you do, then regular follow-up with your doc who can help monitor you more closely and intervene when needed.

: Yes. Probiotics are just seed colonies of germs that play "nice" in the digestive tract. It can often crowd out the ones that are irritating by taking over the gut. When you take it is not important. It does not interact or interfere with normal medications. It is somewhat equivalent to sticking your germy fingers in your mouth, only with good germs.

i have had stomache problems. i am on linzess, omeprazole, and mirolax. i bought visobiome probiotic. can i take all three before bed?

: Have you been adequately evaluated, preferably by a gastroenterologist, for your abdominal distress especially if this is a rather new symptom?  I'm concerned that this symptom is not simply part of an irritable bowel syndrome. At your age I think it's important to clarify the cause of your abdominal discomfort.  Linzess is best taken in the AM on an empty stomach. Are thesemeds ceffective for you

Can take both: You can take a multivitamin with omeprazole and domperidone. Omeprazole can decrease absorption of certain vitamins/minerals such as B-12 and iron. A multivitamin can help counteract those vitamin/mineral losses. A probiotic is different than a multivitamin. It helps to populate the healthy bacteria in your gut, which can help prevent constipation, diarrhea, and other illnesses.

currently on 2 x 20mg omeprazole and dymista nasal spray(fluticasone/azelastine) for pnd and lpr. can i take oregano oil and probiotics also?

Mgt: You can take both of these in the usual quantities.Oregano oil is not  a tested medication. 
 I would suggest eating well before bedtime, limiting alcohol/ caffeine and sleeping with an additional pillow. If these measures are not helpful your medications may need an adjusted dose.

You can: Some labels say it&#x27;s best to take probiotics on an empty stomach, before a meal that contains some fat. http://tinyurl.com/mot8f55 however, you have more stomach acid in that condition -- and some probiotic species don&#x27;t survive that although others do. I take mine right after a meal.  :-)  you can take Omeprazole ; probiotic together, but it&#x27;s better to avoid Omeprazole if you can.

Probiotics : Omeprazole can predispose to pneumonia, malabsorption, osteoporosis, gastric polyps, low magnesium and rebound acidity when one stops using it. Probiotics don't help with these issues

No: Sounds like you may have bleeding in the stomach. You may continue the omeprazole, but need to see a Gastroenterologist soon.
