Probably shouldn't: 2 reasons - both meds can increase potassium &amp; high potassium can stop the heart.  It's very hard to re-start a heart when high potassium is the cause. Also, ibuprofen decreases the effect of propranolol, so it won't work as well for controlling heart rate &amp; blood pressure.

Yes, but . . .: Check out http://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=1310-0,1956-1266 which concludes moderate interaction btwn these two drugs. But it's more b/c drug-disease interaction rather than drug-drug interaction. Inderal is brand of propranolol which is a blood pressure lowering drug. So presumably you have high BP. Ibuprofen can affect kidneys &amp; increase BP so you may need more Inderal.

Yes, but: In fact, the Lansoprazole can provide protection to the lining of your stomach from the injurious effect of the ibuprofen.
Be careful with the Ibuprofen and the propranalol, it may cause a diminution of the propranalols antihypertensive effect.

Yes: You may take 2 Ibuprofen q 6 hours if they are the 200mg tabs. Maximum dose is actually 800mg PO q6 hours, but it can be rather harsh on the stomach at that dose.
