30-40%: Since you are young, you have a very excellent chance of conceiving in three months. The colposcopy has no effect on becoming pregnant.

Depends: Colposcopy is the process of examining the cervix with a special microscope after an abnormal pap smear. If biopsies were taken, then yes, you should avoid intercourse until the sites heal. If no biopsies were taken, then intercourse should be fine. Check with your doctor.

Sperm does not: Human papilloma virus is the problem, condoms decrease the spread or reexposure. Consider the HPV vaccine if not already done.

3 weeks: I usually recommend 3 weeks to my patients. It is not because it will be painful but to avoid disturbing the healing so there will be no unnecessary bleeding or infection.

No: Douche with usual solutions is not likely to alter the tissue enough to affect biopsy results. Though it would be better to not douche before examination as the presence of discharge, if any, is part of the evaluation.

It depends,,,,: This likely depends on the results of your colposcopy and other factors.  If you're pregnant, it might not be a good idea to have sex especially if you had this procedure done during pregnancy as biopsies might've been taken and the cervix might be damaged or at least bleed.  If you did this once, try not to do anymore for a week and let your doctor know so he/she is aware.  Best of luck.
