Depends: Bupropion in known to increase some weight over time,  fluctuations 1-2 lbs can be rather related to quantity of hamburgers or fries consumed in a certain day, usually 1 hamb adds 1-2 lbs in24 hrs

Postop wt loss: It is not normal to lose weight after this procedure, but perhaps your diet, activities or medications have changes since then?  These are more likely explanations.

Breathing issues: It depends on how often you jog, If you started it recently then it can be normal, but should continue to improve gradually as your exercise capacity increases. If it persists or associated with symptoms of coughing, chest tightness or wheezing then needs to be evaluated further.

unrelated: Your 2008 heart attack and stents in no way explain weight loss. Something else, new, is going on. There are many causes. Infections and tumors head the list. Uncontrolled diabetes can also cause weight loss. You need a thorough check up. Good luck.

It's in the math: One must consume fewer calories than she uses or else she will not lose weight. Even if she is eating apparently small amounts of food, and training a lot, the laws of nature do not change... meaning there will not be weight loss until the number of calories taken in to one's body is less than the number of calories burned up each day. The math always holds true for normal, healthy people.

1 Kg lost not normal: Loosing 1 kg per day is not normal sustainable healthy weight lost. 1 kg or 2.5 pounds per week is a safe sustainable goal to achieve. At 10 pounds per month that's still 120 pounds in a year. Cutting your calories by 300 per day, and burning at least 300-500 calories per day will allow you to accomplish tha goal.

Lets try it another : way. There are 7,716 calories per kg.  Don't know you weight, running conditions, speed etc. But if you were to run a mile a day - that would be about 100 calories.  So it would take  77 miles to lose that weight (if everything else is held in check).
