Yes: Lymph nodes are part of the body's immune system and especially in small children and toddlers, are often enlarged, without apparent cause. If they are larger than 2-3 cm, or persist for longer than say 2 weeks, or more appear, or your child is ill, have the toddler seen.

my toddler has lymph nodes on back of head. they feel like they are stuck together. i feel an indent between them but they move together. normal?

Likely normal: Those nodes on the back of the head, the occipital nodes, service most of the scalp. So if your toddler has any scalp irritation, be it a little cradle cap to bug bites on scalp to irritation from too tight of braiding of hair, these nodes can enlarge and wax and wane in size. As long as they are not getting bigger...Bigger...Bigger, and are not red/hot/very tender, they can be watched.

Not normal but...: Occipital nodes become palpable when young child experiences different viral illnesses or scalp infections.  Swollen nodes are expected to subside within a month or two.

Yes.: Lymph nodes can be easily palpable on kids especially in the neck and supraclavicular region.

Common: Very common in a toddler if they are on daycare, however his pediatrician is the best one to make that call after he/she examines him.

: Yes, they are easily and normally felt in the groin (inguinal) area especially if you are lean.

Depends: If you had any lesions on the legs/feet, that could have resulted in fibrosed nodes that are palpable though not enlarged. In places where kids roam barefooted, it is a common finding. 
You may watch and wait. If the nodes get larger, become painful, nodes in other areas of the body become palpable, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Probably normal: All children develop reactive lymph nodes, because they are developing their immune systems.  As they are exposed to different things, including bacteria and viruses, they will have enlargement of lymph nodes, particularly in the head and neck.  This is very typical, and if your doctor does not believe it a problem, you should trust their judgement.
