No usually: One may feel a mild pressure as one blows that nose as the pressure can be reflected in the eye. Some people have a wide naso lacrimal canal and the pressure can be transmitted and felt i the eye a lot more.

Blood in the nose: It could be epistaxis. Some times dry nose could cause blood stains when you blow your nose. Common allergies could cause dry nose.

No: Saline entered a sinus cavity behind the bridge of your nose, the pressure will dissipate. It may help to treat sinus congestion to facilitate clearance. Afrin (oxymetazoline) otc can be helpful, but should be used at physicians discretion and not for more than 3 days (unless instructed to do so). Also, try the squeeze bottle for saline rinses, it allows better control of velocity of rinse and can use upright

Emergency problem: After facial trauma to eye sockets or the sinuses, a person SHOULD NOT blow her nose. If she blows her nose, air and bacteria can be forced through the cracked bones and into the space behind the eyeball, thus pushing the eyeball forward. Bad things like and infection behind the eyeball and even blindness can happen. An eye MD doctor and an ENT doctor should evaluate now; or one can visit the E.R.

Squirting eye: 1st, it is probably normal..EVERYONE has tiny tubes the carry our tears away from our eyes and down into the nose aided by gravity...That's why our nose runs when we cry..If you blow your nose and that pressure pushes from your nose backwards , that pressure can push the tears backwards and back where they started, in your eyes..Then they have to start that journey all over again...So relax

You are getting: Pressure release through the lacrimal duct.  You are blowing your nose too hard.  You should consult a doctor why you are having such bad nasal congestion.  It could be sinusitis or uncontrolled allergy.

MD: You may have sinusitis. Most sinusitis is viral and won't respond to antibiotics. Treat symptomatically with OTC meds. Humidify air. Nasal lavage. See MD if symptoms persist.

You : You are likely dealing with nasal congestion secondary to allergies and/or sinusitis. Although you can breathe ok, you still may have inflammation which is causing your symptoms. On the other hand you may have a foreign body in your nose, or is it possible you were hit in the nose while sleeping or maybe during physical activity.?
Regardless, if your symptoms are still present please visit your doctor for a medical evaluation and treatment. In the meantime try sudafed and claritin.
