It depends on age: Subtract your current age in years (36) from 220. First multiply the number you get by 0.6. This is  your minimum target exercising heart rate. Now multiply the first number you got by 0.8. This is your maximum target heart rate. Stay inside that range when you exercise.  220-36=184; 184x0.6= 110; 84x0.8=147.  Your "normal" heart rate for exercise is between those 2 numbers.

: You did not say where u live and what is local temp. Be sure you count it yourself at the radial artery at base of thumb on palm side of wrist.  Count for 1 min exactly. Using timer on phone. Then discuss with a dr who can quickly help figure it it it is normal for girls like you who live where you live.

Monitor temp:  Illness, fever and stress may elevate her heart rate. Encourage fluids and treat the post nasal drip with nasal saline. Watch for prolonged cough and fever. If these occur, please see your PCP.

Don't worry, DRINK: as much as you can tolerate.  Drink most clear liquids such as water, Ginger-ale, lemonade, and/or diluted fruit juice such as apple, pear, or white grape juice.  Ginger has been used for centuries for treatment of stomach ailments; Ginger-ale or ginger tea containing real ginger.  Chamomile and peppermint tea can also be soothing.  Get yourself hydrated or you may need to have IV fluids.

The heart rate depends on many factors including conditioning, activity and stress level, disease state, mediations, etc. The standard answer is 60-100 but lower rates are quite normal for heatlhy conditioned people and resting rates near 100 are not desirable. With heavy exertion rates may be considerably higher.
