Cold Feet: Maybe;but you need to have a decent  thorough physical examination and probable further  non invasive including lab testing.How high are your blood counts?Avoid exposure to triggers,eliminate "constrictors"such as garments,smoke exposure,cocaine,OTC cold remedies etc.Talk to your physician.

Probably not: Women  your age  commonly get cold feet &amp; numbness  due to vascular  issues. Other risk factors  such as bcp 
&amp; smoking must be considered also .

No: What you described does not fit with meningitis. However, it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and may be doing some tests. It would be prudent to consult a rheumatologist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Neuropathy for life: Neuropathy has a variety of causes but diabetes is the most common.  Gabapentin is typically used for painful neuropathy.  Consult with your doctor to better manage your glucose and/or possibly go to an alternative medication for painful neuropathy.

Sunburn: If there is significant swelling then would recommend dermatologic / medical  evaluation.  Significant swelling is not normal and would signal damage to tissues.

i had my leg amputated, but i can still feel or sense an itch on my foot. is this normal?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Yes. These are phantom sensations or pain. They are very common soon after an amputation and can persist sometimes years after. Most often they die down with time. People who had a lot of pain just prior to the amputation are more likely to experience phantom pain.
