Tincture of time: Does wonders. Many professional athletes get similiar injuries. Often, they are on the disabled list and get daily physical therapy. Since, you are not a professional athlete, rest, ice or heat, possibly an ace bandage to help restrict motion can be helpful. If you have the time and resources physical therapy is recommended.
