Red eye: During cataract surgery, a small amount of bleeding can occur of the white area of the eye (ie subconjunctival hemorrhage).  These go away in 1-2 weeks just like a bruise.  If you hve blurred vision or discomfort, then the red eye may be something different.  In any case, i would recommend seeing your eye surgeon as soon as possible for evaluation.

Different prescripti: Since you are comparing your eyes together (one that has just had cataract surgery and one that has not) the difference that you are noticing is the difference between each eyes prescription. When you are fully recovered from your surgery, your eye surgeon will refract your eyes and provide you with the new and correct prescription. This will neutralize the image differences.

Varies: Biological response to surgery varies but swelling of the tissue lasting more than 2-4 days after cataract surgery is unusual and requires evaluation.  If this is happening, you should contact your operating surgeon for an evaluation, especially if there is pain, bleeding or redness  or the vision is dropping.

The : The cornea should heal completely in several days.  The retinal wrinkles may represent chronic cystoid edema. Possible preretinal membrane.  Often an intraocular injection of steroid is needed.   See a university based retinal specialist.

Tearing is normal: Cataract surgery can make dry eye worse, as can Grave's disease. The drier colder air of winter can also worsen dry eye. It would not be unusual for your eye to still tear. Use lubricating eye drops at least four times a day. However, there is still a small chance that you have some mild post-op inflammation
