Hi, : Hi, it is not clear whether the hospital will be your employer. I am not sure what role the hospital has with respect to testing for methadone.  But based on the information that you presented i opinion is that the hospital has an obligation not to tell a potential employer. There are a number of laws which protect you such as the hipaa which protects the privacy of your medical information and the ada. The ada or americans with disability acts protects your Methadone program as a "covered disability" as long as you are compliant to the program. Now, there are certain exceptions such as them dot federal highway regulations. You would be disqualified from driving if you are taking methadone. I hope this answers your question. Dr joe hayes.

It depends: If you only use it one time, probably within 48 hrs, i'll be out of your system if you detox yourself by drinking alkaline water.

: The discontinuation of your daughter's medication is not recommended, unless there is a Neurologist supervising. Seizures may remain under control or recur. Discuss whether you are concerned about side effects and whether the dose may be reduced.

That depends.....: Single use marijuana may be found in blood for 12 to 24 hours. Regular use marijuana may be found in blood for 2 to 7 days.
Single use marijuana might be detected in urine for 1 to 7 days (or more) and regular marijuana can be detected in urine for 7 to 100 days (longer periods have been reported though).
It may remain in hair for months.
