Tolerance: You built up tolerance to the drug. If you want to reduce your appetite without drugs, cut out all sugars, reduce carbohydrates significantly and make sure to eat a generous portion of meat or fish or poultry or eggs or cheese at each meal. This type of diet will help your metabolism to stabilize your blood sugar and keep appetite under control.
