Anxiety?: So what you're saying is the test info is stored in your brain, but you're having trouble getting it when it comes test time. Med student stress: Stress accumulates throughout the day.  You can be helped w/a technique called the Relaxation Response. Need: To get some relaxation exercises  to help you focus.    Also physical exercise can get your mind re focused on the task at hand    Medication would not be good at this point.   And may hurt you in the long run

is it better to wear 2 masks or 3 masks (ns or kns) to protect against covid? there is a study from 2021 that suggests 3 masks provide the most protection against covid. however one doctor says 3 masks are dangerous because it's hard to breathe?

: There is a point of no return. Wearing a  single  mask properly, N or KN is adequate but not a 100% guarantee of protection as other ways of exposure like touch etc can cause spread. Take the usual commonsense precautions and be fully vaccinated. Good luck

At the very least, it will take 11 years.  Four years of undergrad, four years medical school, and then 3 to 10 years in residency and fellowship.

FAASM: Doctors who study sleep disorders are called "sleep doctors" or "sleep specialists", and would have "FAASM" in their credentials (Fellow of the American Association of Sleep Medicine).  Sleep diagnostic centers have to be accredited by the AASM.  Sleep doctors are usually king doctors with Subspecialty training in sleep disorders.  The study of sleep is "somnology".

59% surveyed: A 2005 study  indicated that 59% of doctors surveyed believed in an afterlife and 76% believed in god. Of course surveys are limited to those surveyed, and the actual prediction may be different depending on how representative of the general population of doctors the survey is. My belief is that maybe  as high as 85% believe in an afterlife.

Depression? anxiety?: Studying requires time and discipline, but if you are having emotional troubles, then it really can conflict.  I don't know if your symptoms are due to depression/anxiety, or poor attention, or even due to poor school performance.  I would recommend you address this further with a school counselor or even a therapist.
