Vitreous changes: Vitreous changes most likely (if cannot see something in mirror moving if look at eye in mirror or feel it). Very rarely a nematode can be found moving in vitreous so get exam with eyeMD

Asymptomatic=: No symptoms.  Holes may evolve into detachment. They are generally less serious than retinal tears.   Floaters on the other hand occur as the vitreous gel becomes liquid.  They are not dangerous but occur often times along with tears in the retina or holes.  It is unlikely that you can even detect the hole in your vision.  Dilated eye exam is critical to monitor  these types of retinal defects.

Unusual: Floaters that are benign mostly appear in older age groups related to changes in the character of the vitreous fluids in the back of the eye.  In teenagers, floaters are quite uncommon and should be a cause, if new, for an evaluation by your ophthalmologist as soon as possible.

Common: Floaters are common in all age groups.  New floaters should have a medical evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

Not really: But that does not mean that it is a problem to have floaters at a young age. Most people develop floaters in their 40s and beyond as the gel that fills the back of the eye starts liquifying. This causes small pieces of gel to float in the liquified portions. Since children have a tighter gel, it is less likely to occur. If there are suddenly a large amount of floaters, see an eye doctor.

Flashig lights: Floaters are common.  Flashing lights may signal some disease of the eye, especially the retina.  Best to see your doctor for a check up.

Common: Depending on the kind of surgery you had, they are common or less common.  Following scleral buckling surgery and pneumatic retinopexy ("bubble procedure"), they are common.  Following a vitrectomy surgery, there should not be any floaters, in most cases.
